Hi, I’m Caryn.

Welcome. I’m so glad you found your way here.
Sometimes life feels messy, unmanageable, and distressing. We’re carrying heavy things—old hurts, current stressors, questions without clear answers—and trying to hold it all on our own can become overwhelming. It can be hard to know where to start, or who to turn to for support.

Therapy is a place where you don’t have to carry everything yourself.
I offer a compassionate space to slow things down, make sense of what you’re holding, and find support so it feels less heavy and burdensome. Together, we work to understand what’s happening beneath the surface, build resilience, and create room for clarity, relief, and meaningful change. This process often leads to greater confidence, joy, and deeper connection with the people who matter most.

I bring a lot of life experience to my work, having been both a musical theater performer and an English and Dance teacher. These roles gave me exposure to people from many different backgrounds and walks of life, and offered insight into how we express our feelings not only through conversation, but also through theater, writing, music, movement, and play. These experiences continue to inform the way I hold space for my clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, working out, reading, attending theater, teaching dance fitness, connecting with friends, and taking long walks on the beach. I cherish time with my husband, my twin sons, and my extended family.
