It's easy to feel trapped under the weight of an old story of who you are in the world. From our earliest days of childhood, we adopt coping strategies to deal with distress, behaviors that don't always make us feel aligned with ourselves or who we want to be. Like an old record on repeat, we hear a negative voice inside, criticizing actions and reactions, giving us a grade, and making us feel unworthy at times. The old, negative story persists. But it doesn't have to. 

Without judgment, in a safe space that allows you to be your most authentic self, I accompany you through an exploration of these feelings, behaviors, and patterns. We work together to find new ways of being in the world that bring you into alignment and fulfillment. Breaking free of the old narrative, a new one emerges!
